💡 New Features

• PMs can deliver E, ICR, and ICRV tasks on behalf of others, streamlining task handoffs and delivery operations
• Folder member management now supports “Leave Folder,” allowing members to leave folders they no longer participate in
• The TM Alignment tool now provides split reminders: for bilingual Chinese-English tasks that require splitting, please split them by language
• The TM Alignment tool now supports Undo and Redo, reducing the impact of accidental operations
• History records are now more complete: they include the role of the task completer, as well as project participants’ work start times, personnel information, and task completion times
• After PM approval, Requesters can cancel projects that are in progress (Beta)
• PMs can request a delivery date adjustment: if the original delivery date set by the Requester is unreasonable, the PM can propose a new date and provide a reason. The Requester then confirms the final delivery date (Beta)
• A prompt for language asset configuration has been added during task setup
• The “My Tasks” page has been enhanced with an inbox-inspired design, including indicators for total and categorized task counts to help users quickly understand their pending tasks

🛠️ Improvements

• TM approval notifications have been improved. After a new-entry request is submitted, the system displays: “The new entry request has been submitted and is awaiting administrator approval,” and marks it as pending approval in the list
• After an ICR task is reassigned, SMEs who have already completed delivery retain their Delivered status
• Optimized the delivery information display rules on the task details page: delivery time is hidden for undelivered tasks, displayed once a task has been delivered, and automatically cleared and reset when a task is withdrawn or rejected
• The new email template is now used for in-system emails
• Inbox category-tab count badges now use the same red-background style as the total count, making them easier to notice
• The Approving and Rejected statuses have been removed from project filters; Rejected has been removed from task filters
• Fixed an issue where validation messages and dropdown language did not update after changing the language on the login page
• Optimized frontend rendering for My Files by introducing a virtual list to improve loading and scrolling performance for large file lists
